Mark 14:10-21

 (1) Two things to reflect the all-knowing ability of Jesus (Omniscience)

a. 14:16 So the disciples left, went into the city, and found things just as he had told them, and they prepared the Passover.
The 2 disciples went into the city and met the man carrying a jar. He entered the house and the owner showed them the room where Jesus could eat the Passover meals.

b. v.18b Jesus said, “I tell you the truth, one of you eating with me will betray me.”
14:20 He said to them, “It is one of the twelve, one who dips his hand with me into the bowl.
(NET)  One who dips with me in the bowl. The point of Jesus’ comment here is not to identify the specific individual per se, but to indicate that it is one who was close to him—somebody whom no one would suspect. His comment serves to heighten the treachery of Judas’ betrayal.

Judas had already reached a deal with the religious leaders v.10-11 and he was looking for an opportunity. If Jesus knew things ahead of time like v.16 wouldn't Judas be on alert about what he had done? Now in v.18-20, Jesus made it very clear that He knew what Judas had done. Judas was warned twice plus Jesus let him know ahead of time of his punishment.
14:21 For the Son of Man will go as it is written about him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would be better for him if he had never been born.”

(2) Reflection: Jesus knew very clearly what laid ahead of Him. The only reason why He did not stop Judas was that He knew why He will die-to die for our sins v.21a. Thank Jesus Who willing to take our place.
Judas was warned twice and his judgment was told ahead of time. Are we aware that Jesus knows everything? Nothing can hide in front of Him. Also, are we aware that our sins lead to punishment? Jesus is very clear about that.
