(1) 21-25 The 2 verses (21, 25) are almost the same.
22:21 The LORD repaid me for my godly deeds;
he rewarded my blameless behavior
he rewarded my blameless behavior
22:25 The LORD rewarded me for my godly deeds;
he took notice of my blameless behavior
Is David perfect? If not, in what sense he is blameless? In v.22-24, he explained that he had not rebelled against God in the sense that he did not reject His rules.

Do we value our relationship with God and therefore do not violate His commands?
(2) (EBC) v.33-37 David glorifies the God who readies him for battle against the enemy . The Lord “arms [him] with strength” making him physically, mentally, and spiritually powerful.
22:34 He gives me the agility of a deer;
he enables me to negotiate the rugged terrain.
22:35 He trains my hands for battle;
my arms can bend even the strongest bow.

22:40 You give me strength for battle;
you make my foes kneel before me.
In this section, God and man was inseparable regarding Who is the one who win the battle? In v.43 David said, "I grind them... I crush them...," but in v.44, "You rescue me...you preserve me..."
you make my foes kneel before me.

22:43 I grind them as fine as the dust of the ground;
I crush them and stomp on them like clay in the streets.
22:44 You rescue me from a hostile army;
you preserve me as a leader of nations;
people over whom I had no authority are now my subjects.
This is almost like our sanctification. With the help of the Holy Spirit we have victory over our sins. It was both God and man together.
