v.1-21
In the chapter wisdom speaks out as a person. She calls out to everyone in a high place v. 1-4. No one will have the excuse that they do not hear her speech. Also, her words are direct and easy to understand v. 9. Again, we have no excuse.
Proverbs 8:13 (NET): The fear of the Lord is to hate evil;
I hate arrogant pride and the evil way
and perverse utterances.
If we compare the first and second phrase. The wisdom is the fear of the Lord. Both of them hate evil. The evil is spelled out here as arrogant pride and perverse utterances.
Yes, we don't like arrogant people, but do we seriously consider that as the evil? Why is it so evil? I think it I because no one will seek God if they are arrogant.

v.22-36
In this passage, we know that wisdom was there from the eternal past and she was the Craftsman of creation v. 22-30a. See NET notes, this part emphasized that wisdom is foundational to God's creation. The second point is that God delight in wisdom v. 30b-36. As a matter of fact they delight in each other.v. 30b-31. They have a very close relationship from the eternal past.
Proverbs 8:35 (NET): For the one who finds me finds life
and receives favor from the Lord.
Therefore, if we want to find favor from the Lord, seek wisdom. V. 32-36. Listen, keep her way, do not neglect, watch for her at her doorway, find her. Not everyone will do that, some hate wisdom and find death v.36.
In Japan, I see a very sad thing. Early in a Monday morning, I saw many men lined up in front of a store. There were probably hundreds of them. Almost like the size of the crowd in a train station. I finally realized that they were waiting for the store of Pachino opening. Pachino is a form of gambling in Japan. Monday morning, none of them go to work, but gamble.
Also, in the subway, no one will talk on the phone because of courtesy. However, everyone is looking at their phone. Everyone. Maybe they are all looking at some kind of entertainment.
Seek wisdom for the one who does not find her brings harm to their lives.
