The condition:
Proverbs 3:21 (NET): My child, do not let them escape from your sight;
safeguard sound wisdom and discretion.
The result is the protect and guidance from wisdom v. 22-26 (I shared this already yesterday).
2 Main ideas in v. 27-33: how to deal with neighbor and violent man. What is the train of thought from v. 21-26 to v. 27-33?
I think the wisdom and discretion protect us when we know how to deal with our neighbors and violent man.
Do good to neighbors v.27-28 and do not plot evil against them. 29-30
Do not imitate violent man because God is against them 31-34. Plus, they will be contempt by the public v.35
This is totally different reaction when we faces these 2 different groups of people. Wisdom tells us how to distinguish them and deal with them differently.
Pray that the Lord help us today. When we devote ourselves to keep wisdom, wisdom will help us how to live.
