Eph 4:25-32
The repeated idea is "we are member to each other." Therefore speak beneficially to each other, give graCe to those who hear us, speak carefully and be kind and forgiving to each other.
2 highlights:
1. Read v.25 to 27 as a unit. We are member and we discipline those who sin (be angry), if we don't discipline then the devil will have opportunity to attack us. (See the Bible version, called , NET).
Our church is building a new building now. We should all be careful and not sin has any place in our church.
2. We must speak the truth, do not steal, hold our tongues and in v. 30 Paul give a reason behind these rules. Not to grieve Holy Spirit. Grieving a person involves a personal relationship. Holy Spirit sealed us until the day of redemption. He knows very well who we are, a group of people who need the forgiveness of sin. Even with a people like me He still makes sure that I will be saved. How should I grieve and continue in sin.
