Eph 4:1-6
Remembering our past help us. Calling, called were repeated in v. 1,4. It is the work of the Holy Spirit that we were prompted to believe (one Lord, one forum one baptism in v. 5 are all related to the salvation experience. After salvation the Holy Spirit continued His work in our lives, humility, gentleness... V. 2. Do you notice that patient, bearing with one another in love, and making ever effort to keep the unity all requires a lot of strength and effort. These point back to the Holy spirit. So, next time when you think "I can bear this/him/her no more" think about this passage. Yes, love and unit require a lot of effort but the same HS that called you to be a Christian is still in you and help you to walk the Christian life together.
