Peter in chapter 3 reoffered the Kingdom to the Israelites. Israelites crucified Jesus because of their ignorance (17) but if they repented (19), the Kingdom would come (20-21). But as we know later, the leaders rejected this offer, the Kingdom was postponed and the Church age was inserted in between.

Similar to Chapter 2, Peter makes use of the chance of the healing and the crowd is attracted to them. He gives the credit of healing to the resurrected Christ (Acts 2:16). Although Jesus is not with them, but His work does not stop. What kind of work does He do in your life today?
