Mat 21:22 And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith. I have a hard time to believe this promise because it doesn’t match our experience. But this is the difference between faith and confidence. Faith rests on God’s promise but confidence rests on the circumstances. Also, will you believe whatever Jesus prays, God the Father will grant the prayer? I have no problem to accept that. Now, when we pray in Christ, it isn’t logical that God the Father will grant the prayer also because He sees Jesus praying, not we are praying.
