Micah 1
Micah prophesized during the time of the captivity of the Northern Kingdom (v.1a). However, the prophecy applies to both the North and the South (v. 1b). "Look, the Lord is coming... (v.3)." He came not only because of the sin of the North, but also for the South (v.5). Although the North is judged now (v.6-7), but the South should not take no notice of that (v.8-9). The same transgressions is also found in the South (v.13). When we see our brother sin do not feel that has nothing to do with us. Think about our own sins and repent, because the same judgment will come to us if we do not repent.
