Our life should not be dictated by our environment. Consider the difference between Judah and Joseph. Both of them face temptation of immorality. Tamar pretends to be a prostitute to tempt Judah and Potiphar’s wife actively pursues Joseph. But two persons have a total different response. Judah fell into the trap without any struggle. In fact, he is the one that approaches the prostitute. But, Joseph would do anything in order to escape from temptation. Our environment does not make us sin. It is what within our heart does.
