Rom 15:13-16:27

My sharing: Paul’s life is dedicated to the gospel and the church. He won’t fill be satisfied even he had preached to the whole region from Jerusalem to Illyricum (15:19). He won’t be afraid though he knows there is danger from Jews waiting for him in Jerusalem (15:31). We know it from Acts that he eventually was imprisoned by the Jews.

Also, Paul has many co-workers. The whole chapter 16 is his personal greeting. If we want to have effective ministry, we need to know how to work with other Christians. In addition, many of his co-workers are women: Phoebe (v. 1), Priscilla (v.3), Mary (v. 6), Tryphena and Tryphosa (v. 12), Persis (v. 12), Rufus’ mother (v. 13) and Julia and Nereus’s sister (v. 15). How important is women role in the church even though Paul is also the one who believes in the male leadership (1 Tim 2:12).
