My sharing:

Matt 6:7-10 and 6:31-33 share some similarities. We put our focus on what we need (v. 7, 31). But because our Father knows what we need (v. 8, 32), we should put Him first and He will take care the rest.

I think Matt. 6 reminds us what is the real world-the world of the Father. In v.4,6,8,9, 15,18. He is the Father in secret. He is the Father of the future kingdom. We do not live in this world for the people around us, but for the Father. Even no man see what I am doing I will still do it diligently, e.g. like writing this blog. On the other hand, we live in a world that people cares a lot about what others think about me. In v.19-34, Matthew contrast the earthly and the heavenly possession. If we live with the perspective that this is the world of the Father we do not need to worry about the earthly possession. He is the one what cares about is v.26-32. One mind should only focus on what Him and His ministry v.33.
