There is 2 reactions of the psalmist when he faces the omniscience and omnipresence of the Lord in v.1-6 and v.7-12.
In v.1-6, he feels amazed about the knowledge of God about him. God knows him very very well. He knows his action, his thought, and his words. The psalmist feels also humble before God v.6.
In 7-12, he knows that God is everywhere. No matter where he goes. He feels the guidance and protection of God v.10. No darkness is too dark for God to see us. He can sees us wherever we are v.12. We do not need to fear when we need to move to another place. God will be there. On the other hand, we do not need to fear anyone or any situation that will make us feel intimidating, because God is always our guide and our protection.
