3-2

Ps. 107:1-9
When the psalmist gives thanks to the love of the lord (v.1, 8-9) there is a crucial element. He has to review their lives. They were in the hands of the foe v.2, they were scattered in different places v.3, they have no place to live v.4, and they were hungry and thirst v.5. How often do we reflect on our lives? What does it like before we were saved? What kind of lives we have? Was it OK, but it is better now? Or it is a live in the wasteland and we were thirsty for the truth? Same thing can happen today if we forget about the Lord. We see only the trouble in lives and forget about His unfailing love. The pslamist encourages us to cried out to the Lord in the trouble v.6. "For he satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things (v.9)."
